Aquatic Zen specializes in restorative movement practices. Through individual or small group class settings, we work with clients to achieve or restore balance and well being, using the healing properties of water and/or a variety of well-established techniques on land and in the water.
In the water, we teach Ai Chi, Warm Water Walking, and Aqua Yoga in a small class setting. Experience the healing and restorative power of the warm water from any or all of these varied methods.
Equipoise, our land practice, combines the principles of The Franklin Method, biomechanics and self-myofascial release to educate and empower you to create the change you are looking for.
