Group Classes at Waterworks:  Friday Mornings beginning October 6
10am  Warm Water Walking
11am  Ai Chi

Private Sessions: Fridays
June 9 to September 15:  10 and 11am
Beginning October 6:  12 pm

Cost:  
  • Classes:  $25 drop-in or $20 for class card of 5 or 10 visits
  • ​Private Sessions: $95 for one hour; $50 for 30 min
  • Payment can be made by check, Venmo, cash or credit card at time of service; or online with credit card.

Process: 
  • Register as a user on MindBody, then make an appointment for private land or water sessions.
  • New clients please fill out the Par-Q form.  If you answer yes to one or more questions, please provide a doctor's note clearing you for participation.  

Cancellation policy:  24 hour notice is required for private appointments; registration or cancellation for class attendance is preferred but not required.
