12 pm Stanford Wellness Classes: Ai Chi Aquatics sign up here for those with cancer or neuro diagnosis
Water Walking will only be offered through the City of Sunnyvale
Private sessions can be organized at your pool. Please email to discuss.
Cost:
- Stanford class is free for qualified participants
- Private Sessions land or water: $95 for one hour; $50 for 30 min
- Payment can be made by check, Venmo, cash or credit card at time of service; or online with credit card.
Process:
- Reserve your spot in a class or make an appointment for private land or water sessions. You will need to register as a user on MindBody to complete the reservation.
- New private clients please fill out the Par-Q form. If you answer yes to one or more questions, please provide a doctor's note clearing you for participation.
