Whether you have never taken a yoga class, or you have experience with yoga but find it no longer comfortable on land, yoga in the water is your class!
The warm water helps your muscles relax, and the buoyancy helps you establish and maintain poses that may be unattainable on land.
Aqua Yoga is a class for Every Body, and is a safe, nurturing and confidence-building space for students who may be:
- in a wheelchair or use a walker,
- in pain from arthritis or other chronic conditions
- looking to practice yoga without getting on a mat
- wanting to try a new mind/body/breath experience
