Personal Training On land
Same goal of helping you achieve balance and ease of movement - just without the water. After years of learning techniques on land and adapting them to the water, I am ready to put my training and experience on land to work for you. In addition to my ACSM Personal Training Certification, I am certified in TRX and in the Franklin Method as a "Fascia Fitness for a Healthy Spine" Instructor. My focus is on fascia training and balancing muscle activation in order to retrain posture, organize your movement and decrease pain.
We can either meet online, outside, and/or inside my garage gym, when permitted by the County of Santa Clara. Outside the garage we can work on the padded surface on the private driveway, which is behind a gate and not visible to anyone. Inside the garage we work with doors and windows open and fans on. You can use the floor space, TRX straps, resistance bands, dumb bells, a stationary bike or even the boxing equipment!
In all cases we will work in compliance with local and CDC guidelines. Every visit starts with a regular Covid questionnaire, a temperature check and hand sanitizer. Masks are always required for both of us. After each client all the equipment and flooring are cleaned and sanitized. Clients are not scheduled back-to-back, so you will never be in an indoor space that someone else has just vacated. Additionally, I have compiled my own questionnaire which you are asked to complete prior to attending each session. Any yes answers will necessitate a postponement of your scheduled appointment.
